We are now open for tubing! So here is what we are doing to keep your safety our number one priority. We will be following the recommendations of the CDC. That means we are closely monitoring the health of our employees. Anyone who has shown symptoms will be required to stay home. Employees will also have access to local testing.
If guests have recently come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms within the past 14 days, we ask you to not attend a tour with us.
While indoors and during the check-in process, our staff will be wearing face coverings when they are within six feet of another person. Once we are out on the water, guides and guests are not required to wear masks due to safety concerns. We strongly encourage guests to bring their own masks to wear as needed.
We will provide hand sanitizers at our shop, as well as hand-washing stations. All high traffic areas will be periodically disinfected.
To maintain as much physical distancing as possible, we ask that you fill your waivers out online before your tour.
We have reduced our capacity to maintain distancing and we will not be allowing any separate groups to travel together in our vehicles. After each load of passengers, we will be disinfecting the vehicles.
The nature of tubing means that you will all be in individual rafts and distanced out along the river. If you have any questions or concerns before your tour, please do not hesitate to contact us.
